silly kids, sorry kids.

So it turns out that I'm not pregnant.  I was really sure too.  I was a little bit sad.  I was imagining a sister for BellaNow I can go back to trying (unsuccessfully) to kick my nightsweet habit.  I eat healthy meals, if I could just get the snacks under control...At least until we go to Mexico, my mother-in-law doesn't think her son married a cow.  I am "fortunate" enough to have to only impress my mother-in-law for three weeks once every five years.  But now that I say that it really sounds pretty horrible.  It puts a lot of pressure on...the whole thing.  Especially since six years ago I made a terrible impression.

I spoiled the kids with attention today, and it really felt good.  It wasn't 100% bliss, but I needed that anyway.  I was feeling bad because they have been sick for so long.  I usually down-play the illness, but I guess Antonio had a pretty good case of Bronchitis he passed along to his brother, and sister.  Which I should have gotten him on antibiotics a long time ago.  Now Bella has a fever, Bella and Andrew have coughs as well and ear infections.  Sheesh mom!  So I thought they deserved a little attention today. 

Andrew was my super helper today.  He cleaned up all of the toys without being asked.  And little Bella wasn't more than four feet from me all day.  She was in my lap most of the day.  Pobrecita mijita.  I tried to teach the kids more Spanish today.  Hopefully I can remember to most days.
