Since it's been a month since I started I thought I would see how I'm doing with my goals for the new year.
Healthyeating - added tofu to my diet
drinking - I've got a new water bottle I use almost every day
snacking
sleeping - worse
exercising
checkups - got the kids scheduled, me for dental only
Happy- relationships
self - I feel better because I am working on things, trying to improve at least
