Haven't posted much this week. I was was sewing a new shirt for Bella. Not sure all the work is worth it, although I did learn a new trick on how to sew a button closure with no button hole. It should be a nice summer top if I can get the sleeve holes bias taped correctly.
I was sunny today. Yeah! We had a picnic at the park with friends from preschool, Rebekah, and Micha. We found our first geocashe of the season. I don't want to go cashe nutty. But I think this will be a good summer for it. Bella is a little older, and hopefully it will be easier.
I am looking forward to a day for myself. I haven't been out of the house without my kids in months? I don't even know. Maybe there is something open after I get off work on Sunday night.
I am maneging pretty easily to not eat meat on Fridays, but other than that Lent is not going that great. I am working on that book though I am getting closer to the last supper. I should read a little on that tonight, and take a shower.
